Beloved, most spiritual gifts are easy to overlook because of their simplicity. Such as this one:“…the one who exhorts, in his exhortation” (Rom 12:8).
Given the epidemic proportions of despair in our world today, is it any wonder God specifically anoints people for encouragement? Remember that Paul needed Barnabas’ gift of exhortation to step up to the plate (Acts 4:36; 9:27). One of the Spirit’s names is Comforter. I wonder how many great vessels of God are counting on your moral support! Dare to be an encourager today, will you?
