“And I know that You always hear Me…” John 11:42.
Jesus didn’t make speculative or wishful prayers! He was certain God would hear Him. That too should be our attitude when we pray. That too should be our sense of certainty. Jesus’ confidence stemmed from total dependence on the Word, the Spirit and a great relationship with the Father. He’s our role model. We have the same advantages. Let’s begin our prayers henceforth with that same audacious faith-statement: “I know that You ALWAYS hear me.” Not sometimes, but always. Hallelujah!
