“By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace” (Hebrews 11:31).
Biblically, real faith is expressed in various ways. Sometimes it’s through offering acceptable sacrifices to God (Abel); sometimes it’s about living right in a corrupt world (Enoch); sometimes it’s about giving God what’s dearest to you (Abraham). Sometimes it’s just about warmly receiving God’s envoys, as Rahab did. She didn’t have time to brush up her reputation before she could be saved! Her trust & goodwill to God’s envoys was enough to save her and all her folks. Today, will you trust God to bless your life and family due to your faith already expressed through the kindliness you’ve rendered to God’s messengers? Let’s stand on and “cash in” on this promise today!
