“Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are” 1 Cor. 3:16-17.
Throughout this conference, the Lord has been calling us back to a practical holiness and a genuine fear (reverence) of God. We’ve been convicted to recover an awareness of our distinction, & uniqueness from the world . The Spirit has told us that we are God’s packages marked “Holy” on every side. We’ve been rebuked, corrected & warned in many ways. Today let’s praise the One who loves and chastises us through His holy Word. Let’s not find any reason to justify ourselves but to humbly accept the Father’s “tough love”. Then we’ll experience His Presence on a scale we’ve never imagined. Then His promises will be fulfilled among us relentlessly.
