“That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises” (Hebrews 6:12).
After imitation comes the principle of identification as another great way to follow faith champs. This one entails putting yourself in the shoes of our victorious predecessors. It’s more than standing outside looking in. It’s about sharing the faith heroes experience by faith such that your personal story and theirs merge. Your negative story is displaced. Who do you want to identify with today? Don’t just pick one faith model: pick several and watch your victory mount!
