“Hagar named Yahweh, who had been speaking to her, “You Are El Roi.” She said, “This is the place where I watched the one who watches over me” (Genesis 16:13).
This remarkable story reveals our heavenly Father’s amazing attention to detail. He’s looking out for us all the time. He sees our struggles. He notices us even when we are bypassed or overlooked. His eyes run to and fro all over the earth in order to show Himself mighty on behalf of His own (2 Chron. 16:9). Count yourself in, because He does. You’re the apple of His eye, the focus of His attention and the darling of heaven. Hallelujah!
