“After his suffering, he showed himself to these men and gave many convincing proofs that he was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God” (Acts 1:3).
That’s why the early church was unstoppable. They had no questions about the reality of Jesus’ continued presence after His resurrection. Neither should we today. May the Holy Spirit assure every believer’s heart that Jesus is truly alive. May our prayers, worship, ministry and lifestyles reflect our absolute conviction that He is alive!
