“And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams” (Ac 2:17).

This climactic Holy Spirit outpouring is not the preserve of Christians of so called Pentecostal persuasion only. God, who is no respecter of persons (Ac 10:34), promises this phenomenon upon “all flesh”, meaning upon everyone–men, women, boys, girls, black, white, brown, young, old, sophisticated, simple, rich or poor… Our faithful Father availed this promise for all of us who are hungry for His genuine anointing. Receive again and again! Don’t exclude yourself when God includes you! Don’t let anyone disqualify you. And don’t try and conjure up this supernatural experience. I’ve seen some strange things when people are called up to receive the Spirit’s baptism. Some try to preempt the experience by shaking themselves or otherwise being weird! God doesn’t need our manipulation or drama to bless us. He just demands our truss and cooperation. Just receive it by faith (Luke 11:23).
