‘And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!”’ (Gal 4:6).
Every Christian understands that Jesus is the true Son of God. What many don’t also get is that salvation is all about our becoming sons of God and that the Holy Spirit is also the Spirit of His Son. His presence qualifies and enables us to address God as Jesus does. We approach God the way Jesus does. We have the same confidence Jesus has when He speaks to the Heavenly Father. We have the same access, authority and intimacy.
Beloved, we must stop praying like outsiders. We must start praying like Jesus. Believe God hears you. Expect results. Receive them!
