“And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief” (Mat 13:58).
Beloved, unbelief is dangerous because it can limit the manifestation of the power of God in our lives. As in the case of the Nazareth folks in our Scripture text, familiarity is often the cause of unbelief. Beware that you don’t miss the blessing located in the people around you just because you think you know them.
Often our natural knowledge of servants of God is very different from their supernatural mission and destinies. Joseph was one of the boys, but he was destined to save his entire family. Esther was an unknown orphan destined to be queen in order to save a whole nation from genocide.
Don’t let familiarity and unbelief rob you of your blessing today!
