His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength.
One’s face is designed to mirror one’s personality and the heart’s intents, thoughts and feelings. Now imagine a countenance that fully expresses the Lord’s indignation against sin and all evil or perfectly radiates His unbridled compassion for His beloved children! May you experience today the blessing, favour and approval of Christ’s glorious countenance. (See also Gen. 4:5; 31:2; Nu 6:26; Ps 4:6).
