And I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.
Our Lord commends the church of Smyrna for triumphing over the blasphemy of satanists disguised as the people of God. According to Scripture, the true offspring of Abraham are identified by their inner faith, character as well as their relationship with God (Rom 2:28-29; John 8:39-47). Of course we must not use this principle to promote the so called “replacement theology”, another form of blasphemy. Indeed, God is pleased when we see through the lies of wolves in sheep clothing (Mat 7:15). Do you?
