Acts 20:35
I have shown you in every way, by labouring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ “

The Lord does not deny the blessing of receiving, but He points out which is MORE blessed. Why? Because it’s your giving that determines your receiving. If you focus on what you receive, you’re prioritising the results rather than the cause–the harvest rather than the seed. You can change what you receive by changing what you give. To increase your harvest, increase your seeding. If you sow more often, you’ll reap more often. If you give little, you’ll never know the joy of a bumper harvest! If you sow faithfully, you’ll harvest frequently. This principle works in any and every situation, economy or environment. Let us change our lives radically through faithful giving.
