Our lives do not have to be on a downward spiral. We don’t have to run out of steam, lose our cutting edge or diminish our zeal. Everyday with Jesus can be sweeter than the day before. Step by step we can be moving forward, little by little gaining ground. Believe and confess the report of the Lord: “But the path of the just is like the shining sun, that shines ever brighter unto the perfect day” (Pro 4:18).
