Revelation 2:24
But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.
Dear saint, contrary to common notions today, doctrinal purity is a big deal. Your theology matters very much. No doubt our Lord assesses our deeds, but He also evaluates our doctrines. He weighs our beliefs and our behaviour, our thoughts and our actions, our words and our works. It’s because our behaviour flows from our beliefs. So when the devil wants to corrupt our conduct, he’ll corrupt our knowledge. It’s true that God’s people perish from a lack of knowledge, and it’s also true that we perish from wrong “knowledge”! Beware of fake revelation brethren!
