And which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak…
Alas, the depths of Satan! As if it’s not bad enough to be acquainted with evil ideas, some dare to deepen their dark “knowledge”. God never intended us to know good AND evil (see Genesis 2:17). Although we should be mature in understanding truth, we should be babes in malice (1 Cor. 14:20). God would have us know that there are degrees of depravity, corruption and heresy that we must shun. That it all begins with accepting a little devilish knowledge–a bit here and a little there, and before you know it, you’re sinking deeper and deeper into deceiving and being deceived! Let that not be your portion.
