And you will be my witnesses…
The mission of Christ is only doable under the anointing of God. There must not be confusion about the purpose of the power we receive. It’s not for impressing fellow believers. It’s not for self promotion. It’s not for self enrichment. It’s strictly for the sake of being Christ’s witnesses. What happens when you receive power and fail to use it as intended? You get spiritual constipation, frustration and confusion. Too many Christians today are unhealthy simply because they never share their faith. Although they are born again and anointed, there’s no outlet for the awesome energy in their hearts. That’s why some end up fighting for the pulpit and positions, arguing over theology and are easily tempted to sin. Lord have mercy!
