Revelation 3:9
Indeed I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews and are not, but lie—indeed I will make them come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.

After assuring this church that He has set before them an irreversible opportunity, our Lord tops this up with an incredible promise. Firstly, He pledges to cause religious imposters to bow before the church. Note that it’s not the saints who demand respect. When we live for God faithfully, it’s not our place to convince critics about our authority or authenticity. Its not our business to try to command others’ respect. It’s God’s business. Secondly, Jesus pledges to convince the church’s adversaries that He loves His bride. Beloved, God will display His love for us in the presence of our enemies (Psalm 23:5). Hallelujah!
