2 Chronicles 7:14
If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and WILL FORGIVE THEIR SIN AND HEAL THEIR LAND.

This verse is one witness among many in the Scriptures that attest to the relationship between forgiveness and healing. It’s the same power, love and blood of Christ that forgives our sins and heals our diseases. If you can receive your forgiveness, you can also receive your healing. Here are four more witnesses:

And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. (James 5:15-16)

Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed (1 Pet 2:24).

Who forgives all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases (Ps 103:3)

“But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—then He said to the paralytic, “Arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” And he arose and departed to his house (Mat 9:6-7).

Beloved, sin is the sickness of the soul and disease is the sickness of the body. Both were paid for at Calvary in full. Let us trust the Lamb of God to make us totally whole–spirit, soul and body.
