Acts 2:33
Being therefore exalted at the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this that you yourselves are seeing and hearing.
The Scripture portion above is part of Peter’s remarkable sermon on the Day of Pentecost. He explains that all the necessary conditions for the release of our Supernatural Advantage have been fulfilled.
Remember that Jesus had previously promised the troubled disciples ahead of His crucifixion, “Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you” (John 16:7).
Beloved, Jesus is already exalted on the Father’s right hand, has already received the Father’s promise of the Holy Spirit and has already sent Him to Earth in abundance (poured out). The Spirit is ready to fall upon all those who earnestly desire Him (see Acts 10:44).
On God’s side, everything necessary for the Helper to fill and empower us has already been fulfilled. Heaven is ready. The Helper is ready. Are you? Do you believe God is faithful? Are you receptive and expectant? It’s high time we all fully enjoyed our supernatural advantage. Say no to a helpless spirituality. No more delays. This is your hour!
