John 16:13-14
However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you.

Interestingly, Jesus is the Truth (John 14:6) and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth (John 16:13). Indeed, one of the most critical functions of the Spirit in our lives is to glorify Jesus (the Truth) and to lead us into all truth. Today let us affirm the working of the Spirit in and through our lives.

In the name of Jesus I decree and declare that the Spirit of truth dwells in me. He guides me into all truth. His wisdom and revelation are my portion. I shall not be deceived by the lies of the enemy. I shall not be carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men and the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting. (See Ep 1:17, 4:14).

I decree and declare that the Spirit of truth who dwells in me tells me things to come, glorifies and honours Jesus in my life and gives me insight into all things. He enables me to acknowledge the Lordship of Christ within me. He makes the presence and power of Christ real in my life and ministry. (See 1Jn 2:27, 1Co 12:3, Jn 16:14).

I decree and declare that the Holy Spirit within me testifies that I am a child of God, an heir of God and joint-heir with Christ. I have not received the spirit of bondage to fear, but the Spirit of adoption, whereby I call out, Abba Father! I know who I am, I live a life of favour, power and miracles. (See Rom 8:14-17).
