John 14:26
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you

You can’t be truly spiritual and ignorant at the same time! Those in whom the all-knowing (omniscient) One dwells cannot be clueless. Because one of the key functions of the Holy Spirit in every believer’s life is to TEACH us all things. But how does He teach us everything?

He does so primarily through the Word of God. For the Bible says, “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

Beloved, the Holy Spirit loves to show us wonderful truths in the Bible (Psalm 119:18). Let Him open your eyes to see relevant words in every season. The Spirit knows what biblical truth you should use to overcome the particular issues in your path today (see Mat 4:1-11). There are insights, nuggets and morsels of wisdom He has ready for you everyday. After all, the Word of God is the sword of the Spirit (Ep 6:17).

That’s how Jesus knew exactly how to respond to the devil’s wiles. The Holy Spirit, who accompanied Jesus into the wilderness, quickened the right verses in His heart for every challenge. That’s exactly what the Paraclete will do for you if you follow His lead. If you tune in to His frequency and tap into the anointing, you’ll benefit from His infinite wisdom. Be Spirit-teachable.

Always ask the Holy Spirit for advice whatever you face. Don’t waste your time worrying or cracking your head! Ask the Spirit. It’s His pleasure to illuminate your thinking in times of crisis or confusion. That’s why He is called the Spirit of wisdom and revelation (Ep 1:17)! He is in the business of giving wise counsel and revealing mysteries. Trust Him.
