“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jer. 29:11).

Many of us battle with a hidden pessimism. Some of us are secretly “suspicious” of God’s true motives for our lives. Our focus on our personal flaws hinders us from embracing God’s unlimited goodwill toward us. This may spring from bad past experiences, a difficult childhood or the plain lies of the devil. But today let’s only take what the Truth says: actually, God really wants you to prosper, to have a joyful expectation and an assured future & destiny in spite of your present circumstances. Your prayers today must reflect that. Hallelujah!
