“But he who endures to the end shall be saved” (Mat 24:13).
Authentic faith is not just about getting “stuff” from God! It’s not just temporal. It’s about eternity. It’s also about trusting God in the face of persecution, deception, betrayal, opposition and temptation. It’s about enduring to the end. Dear saint, it’s not good enough to excel for a season. Short bursts of devotion, faithfulness, sowing, goodness, declarations and purity are inadequate. You must keep at it to the end. Don’t grow weary in well doing. Stay in the grace. Hang in there. True faith never gives up. Quitters never win. Winners never quit. When the going gets tough, true believers keep going.
