“By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh” (Heb. 10:20).
Yet another awesome truth about the divine highway on which we travel is its NEWNESS. Yes, our God is the Ancient of Days, but there’s a vital freshness about the Gospel. Our spirituality must never be dry and stale. We must not do church as usual. It’s not your portion for your fervour to fade or your faith to faint. Along this Way, your strength is constantly renewed like that of an eagle (Isa 40:31). Along this Way, your youth is always renewed like an eagle’s (Psalm 103:5). Along this Way, your life is continually transformed by the renewal of your mind (Rom 12:2). Along this Way, God’s living and sharp Word constantly discerns the thoughts and intents of our hearts (Heb. 4:12). Oh, the untold blessings of staying on this holy, new and living Way! Keep on walking!
