“For from you the word of the Lord has sounded forth, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place. Your faith toward God has gone out, so that we do not need to say anything” (1 Th 1:8).
These Thessalonians certainly had beautiful feet! You’ll recall that God considers those who proclaim His Good News as having beautiful feet (Isa 52:7). Consider how their faith in Christ reverberated across their province, into their neighbouring region and all over the Roman Empire in their day. Their Gospel escaped the four walls of their “church”. What an example!
May the echoes of your devotion to Christ resonate across your world. Let the sound of your faith traverse every channel, media and platform in your world. Let your testimony reverberate locally, regionally and globally. Then your feet are truly beautiful before God.
